Most Arise Virtual Solutions clients require agents to have a dedicated landline telephone that is SEPARATE from any home phone line you use for personal calls.

However, more and more clients have started using soft phones that are built inside of their online platforms. If the client uses a soft phone, you will not be required to have a landline.

Be sure to check the Arise Virtual Solutions opportunity board for equipment requirements related to the client you choose to service. 

If the dedicated landline is required, it should only be used for providing services to Arise clients. To set this up for your home-based business you will need:

  • Have a corded telephone (no wireless phones or cellular phones).
  • A corded headset that is compatible with, and plugs directly into, your corded phone.

A recommended headset and phone that has been tested and proven with our work from platforms including Arise is AGPtek® Call Center Dialpad Headset Telephone
