What does “IRS Match Not Found” mean?

When registering a new IBO on the Arise portal, IBOs are required to enter their EIN number and their company name. The IBO company name and EIN you enter on the Arise portal must match the IRS EIN database exactly.

If you were just issued your EIN by the IRS, it may take a few days for it to sync to the Arise database.
